The Santa Cruz Main Office provides a comprehensive range of primary and specialty physician services, an urgent care center, a pharmacy and conference rooms for health education classes. Patients can also enjoy the convenience of on-site laboratory and diagnostic radiology services.

For prompt, convenient medical care for minor, non-life threatening emergencies on a walk-in basis, our Urgent Care department is open 365 days per year.

The Santa Cruz Main Office is located in Santa Cruz at the intersection of Capitola Road and Soquel Avenue.

Office hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Doctors' office hours vary, so please ask the receptionist about a doctor's schedule.

Urgent Care hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
